Snow

When our partners Home for Good (HFG) Dog Rescue found Snow she was slated for euthanasia in a shelter in Swainsboro, Ga., along with her 10 puppies. She had a large laceration on one of her front paws, a wound on her elbow, was heartworm positive and had scarring on her left eye. The wound to her paw required amputation of two toes and reconstruction of the paw.

Tess McIntyre Foundation is footing the bill for the surgery, antibiotics, heartworm treatment and spay. She will remain in the care of HFG at their facility in South Carolina until she has recovered and will then head north to New Jersey to find her new home. Despite her condition, the staff at HFG reports she is full of love, resilience and spirit.

The foundation is a 501(c)3 charity. One hundred percent of funds donated go toward helping abused, abandoned or injured dogs like Snow.
