The Welcome Home Rescue Pack Project will provide the new owners of dogs rescued by SCGRR with a package that includes a dog bed, a collar, a leash and a three-month supply of flea and tick protection. The goal of the foundation’s crowdfunding campaign is to raise $2,500, which will finance the acquisition of 50 Welcome Home Rescue Packs.
"We want to give these newly adopted dogs a safe and healthy start on their new lives with their new owners,” said Bill McIntyre, founder of the Tess McIntyre Foundation. “At the same time we will be helping our partners at SCGRR with one of their most pressing needs."

"I am thrilled to be partnering with The Tess McIntyre Foundation” quoted Barbara Gale, founder of SCGRR.  “SCGRR’s mission statement is being fulfilled with each “welcome home” pack.  It tells each new rescued dog they are now safe and will never again be unwanted or neglected.  All of us at Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue are thankful for their help and generosity."
